The union showed up for our member Elena.
Together, we demanded her lettings agent compensate Elena for the year and a half that they have failed to repair her heating, despite repeated maintenance requests, leading to her flat developing black mould.
Through the union’s presence at the action on Saturday, we have won a meeting with the manager to negotiate our demands today, Tuesday 16th.
If they do not meet these demands, then we will be back! 💪
